Kindly ensure you bring the ORIGINAL copies of the following documents to the Screening Venues:

1. Admission Letter.
2. All Certificates: O/L, WASSCE, NCE, HND, Professional Certificates.
3. Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit.
4. Testimonials of Primary and Secondary School.
5. Marriage Cerificate with Newapaper Advert and Affidavit of Change of Name(for married women only)
