State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan has donated the sum of
N100million (Hundred Million Naira) to the University of Lagos for the
construction of the JP Clark Centre at the Faculty of Arts of the
University.The donation was in fulfillment of the promise made by the Governor at the Special Distinguished Lecture to commemorate the 45th Anniversary of the Faculty of Arts held on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at the Afe Babalola Auditorium. Governor Uduaghan was the Guest Lecturer at the occasion.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Adetokunbo Babatunde Sofoluwe received the cheque in his office on behalf of the University on Thursday, February 9, 2012.........Full story
